Midtown Manhattan Office Opens!

The Schneeweiss Adult Congenital Heart Center has just launched another satellite location on west 51st street in Midtown Manhattan. The new office expands our specialized services and state of the art echocardiography for adults with congenital heart disease (ACHD) for more convenient access. 

This is an opportunity for patients to be evaluated by Columbia University ACHD specialists in a more convenient Manhattan location. The new location offers access to the same physicians, imaging support staff, and sonographers who provide care at the main location in upper Manhattan.
 
Dr. Rosenbaum, a pioneer in the field of adult congenital heart disease, has led the Schneeweiss Adult Congenital Heart Center since 1987.  Under his leadership the center has grown to include locations in Westchester, Long Island, and New Jersey and continues to expand.
 
The American Heart Association estimated that there were 1.4 million adults with congenital heart disease living in the US in 2010, a 63 percent increase since the year 2000.
